Approve timesheets and payment requests
Trusted contacts can create a timesheet by using the timesheet built-in feature, comments, or by uploading a file. This is what a worker will see when uploading a timesheet:
When a worker creates a timesheet, you will be able to see it as part of the payment request they submit for review.
Where you can Approve
To approve a request, you can do so by going to:

Payment Requests view
Conversation with the Trusted Contact
Home Page - Upcoming Actions
On your Worksome home dashboard, under "Upcoming actions", you’ll find a quick overview of any pending payment approvals.
From here, simply click the pending item to go directly to the request and approve it in a few clicks.

You can filter out the payments by:
Approval status:
Approved
Unapproved
Timesheet Status:
Has Timesheet(s)
Missing Timesheet(s)
PO Number status:
Has PO Number status
Missing PO Number status
Staffing agencies - a dropdown selection of Staffing agencies your company works with
Job Owners - a dropdown selection of all the Job Owners associated with your company
You can directly Approve the Payment Request from this view.
Conversation page and Approve it from there. You will see the same pop-up regardless of the method you choose for approving a payment.
Approve and Pay
Once you have selected Approve and Pay, you’ll be able to edit invoice details:
an email address
PO number
contact on the invoice
Invoice
Once you have approved the payment request, you will have access to the invoice from within the platform under the Invoice page. The invoice will also be sent to the company invoice email.
