How many days do I need to wait?
You will be able to find the payment terms in the contract that you have with the client. This is an example of a contract where you can see where you can find the details that are unique for you and your client:

Once you create and save a payment request you can find the status journey in two different places:
In the conversation with your client
By selecting the status of the payment request within the Payment Request page

How often will I get paid?
You get paid depending on how often you submit payment requests. You can be paid:
weekly
monthly
the end of the project
Do note that you need to agree with your client on how often you will submit payment requests.
How long will it take for the money to reach my account?
You will receive an email from the Worksome team when we have processed your payment. Your payment will hit your bank account based on the type of transfer we will process to you:
Type of transfer | Number of days |
For Domestic Bank Transfers | Same day or the morning of the following day |
For International Bank Transfers | 1 to 4 days |
Note
In the unlikely event that your payment is late because your client hasn't paid Worksome yet, it will follow our payment reminder flow and formal reminders will be sent to your client. You can follow the status and see on what day a reminder was sent on the status page of every bill.
