How to Get Paid for Your Placements
Viewing Your Placements
As a staffing agency, you can view all your placements from the Placements page in the left sidebar. The placements table shows:
Worker name
Client company
Status (active, pending, completed)
Rate
Contract dates
You can filter by company and worker to find specific placements quickly.
Getting Paid
Payment for staffing agency placements follows this process:
Your worker submits a payment request through Worksome.
The client company reviews and approves the payment request.
Worksome processes the payment, including any agency fees.
You receive your fee payment according to the agreed terms.
Tracking Payment Status
You can track the status of payments related to your placements from the dedicated hire page for each placement. Click on a placement in the table to open the hire page, where you will see the payment history and current status.
