Payment-related dashboards explained

Depending on what role and permissions you have, you will be able to see some or all payment requests and invoices that belong to your company's Worksome account.

If you click on the Payment Requests page, you can use the available filters to more easily find a specific request. Most companies use this dashboard as an overview of their unapproved payment requests - and to have a good overview of what needs to be approved.

From this dashboard you can view a summary of the request by hovering over the "ref. #"; add and edit PO numbers before the request is approved; view timesheets and invoices (post request approval). You can also take actions from here.

When a payment request has been approved, an invoice will be generated and sent automatically to the accounting email that has been provided in your company payment settings. Please note that no invoice is generated for unapproved or rejected requests. If something on the payment request is incorrect (e.g. the wrong rate was used), please reach out to the external worker via the conversation so that they can edit the payment request and re-submit for review.


If you click on the Invoices page, you will be able to filter and find all invoices.
