Log into your account and click on Trusted contacts. This Trusted Contacts page in Worksome gives you an overview of all trusted contacts. You can edit, upload, and hire or re-hire trusted contacts from this page.

Inviting your own network of contractors to join your ‘Trusted Contacts’ in Worksome:

There are 3 ways to add contractors to Worksome as Trusted Contacts.

  1. Send an Invite link for Worksome to the contractor

  2. Bulk upload of contractors to Worksome

  3. Inviting an contractor (without a Worksome account) to a Contract on Worksome

See this guide for creating a CSV file.

Now, back to the bulk upload.

Click the 3 dots to the right of the ‘Get invite link’ button (see below):

Add your CSV file (be sure you have all three columns completed):

Note:

Tags are not required, but these are necessary for you and your team sort and search for your trusted contacts at later stages. Therefore it’s highly recommended that you take the time tag your contractors.

Uploading the CSV and inviting the TCs

Click "Upload .CSV file" and then click on invite TC's.
