1. Inviting a contractor directly (with a Worksome account) to a Worksome contract

2. Inviting a contractor directly (without a Worksome account) to a Worksome contract

3. Inviting a contractor by using an existing job post

  1. Want to hire quickly but your contractor doesn't have a Worksome account? Don't worry, you can simply invite any Independent contractor to Worksome and they accept a contract straight away via email.

Start by logging into your account and click on Trusted contacts. This Trusted Contacts page in Worksome gives you an overview of all trusted contacts. You can edit, upload, and hire or re-hire trusted contacts from this page.

Once you are in your list of trusted contacts click 'Invite Trusted Contact'

In the next pop-up, you click: 'Invite and offer job'

Add a quick message to the contractor you’re inviting.

If you’ve already created the job in Worksome click 'Use job post' See more here.

If you need to create the job, click 'Create new brief'. You will be entered into this flow where you can define the specifics of what you are hiring the contractor to do.

Your contractor will receive a contract from you via email once they accept the invitation.
