Once your bid is accepted by your client, Worksome automatically generates a contract that serves as a contractual basis for the agreement between you and your client on Worksome. Read and accept this contract by clicking accept job in your conversation with your client.

To get paid you have to create your first bill in Worksome. You create the bill from the conversation page. On the bill, you enter the agreed amount (excluding VAT). Read more here.

Once sent, it’s now up to your client to review and hopefully approve your bill. At this stage, your client will have the option to give you a 1-5 star rating for your work. Great ratings strengthen your profile and increase your chance of getting hired for new jobs.

Once approved Worksome automatically creates an invoice on your behalf. You can use this for your own bookkeeping.

Your client is invoiced by Worksome and as a standard, your client has 8 days to pay the invoice (payment terms are subject to change based on the specific agreement).

As soon as Worksome receives payment on for your bill, Worksome will credit the amount in your account balance.

7.

The last step is for you to request a payout to your bank account from your account balance by clicking the withdrawal button. At this step, you can enable automatic withdrawals for any future payments. Read more here.
