How to withdraw your payments
Whenever you have received payment for a bill in Worksome, we'll send you a notification. For your very first payment in Worksome, you'll need to login and Withdraw the payment to your bank account. This is just to confirm your bank details are all correct ✅
Just head to your Account Balance page to view your funds, and hit Withdraw to transfer them to your bank 💸
During this step, you will be able to enable automatic withdrawals for all future payments, so they can go right to your bank account 💸
Note: It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right bank details saved in Worksome when your payment is due. If you want to check or update your bank details, you can do so here: https://use.worksome.co.uk/profile/edit#bank-setup
How long will it take to arrive in my bank account?
For domestic bank accounts, if you withdraw before 2pm (on a working day), it should usually hit your bank account same day, typically within a few hours 🤗 If you withdraw later in the day, it should reach your bank by the next working day, as it can take some time to clear, depending on your bank provider.
It is just like a bank transfer, but does involve a manual check by our team to make sure everything is correct ✅
For international payments (where you and your bank account are based in another country than your client), it typically takes 1-4 working days for a bank transfer to complete. This can vary depending on your bank provider.
