If you are logged in as a company and hiring talent via Worksome and you have a role as "Owner", "Admin", "Hiring admin" or "Finance", you can utilise our tool Data Exports.

Via this tool, you can choose a specific report of your liking (contract, payment request or job export), filter by a specific time period and then request a download. Once the download is ready, you will receive the email in your mail box (the email that you use to log into Worksome with), with the requested export type ready to download.

So, what's included in the different reports?

Contract export πŸ‘·β€β™‚οΈ

All relevant data connected to the contracts table, including dates, rates, conditions, payment terms, contract type, fees and compliance data (employee classification & IR35 determination). This export now also includes ended contracts.

Payment request export πŸ’Έ
All relevant data connected to payment requests(and the Payment Requests page), including billed time, bill amounts, fees, PO numbers, invoice amounts, expenses amounts and approval dates and much more.

Job export πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»
All relevant data connected to jobs, including dates, rate range, currency, type, skills, number of offers, conversations and hires, job owner - and custom fields.

What happens if there's no data?

If a user is requesting an export for a time period that actually does not allow for any data and is empty, we will send out an email/ notification that makes the user aware and prompts them to request a new data export for a different time or data type.
