Getting started

To attribute a staffing agency, a contract has to be in place first.

Find the contract in Worksome

You do this by going to the conversation you have in your account with the external worker on the particular job.

The conversation with each external worker on each job is your one-stop-shop for editing and managing everything related to that specific hire.

Go to the job:

Click View Job to go to the job page.

Once in the job page, you can click on the conversation tab and then click the drop-down arrow next to the "Contract Details" button

This will bring up the option to select Attribute a staffing agency

Now you can select a staffing agency from your contacts (for a reminder on how to add a staffing agency to your account, head here)

Click 'save' to attribute your Staffing Agency to the contract.

Now you will be able to view the attributed agency in the conversation with the hired external worker!

Worksome will then make sure that for all bills submitted by the external worker and approved by your company, the staffing agency is paid their margin quickly and securely. Staffing agencies can track all payments in their own accounts.

You also have the option to remove the attributed agency by clicking on Remove staffing agency.
