SSO Login Guide

If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), the login process differs from the standard email and password method. This article explains why email/password login does not work for SSO users and how to access your account.

Understanding SSO and Its Impact on Login

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that allows users to log in using their company's identity provider (e.g. Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace). When your company implements SSO on Worksome, the standard email/password login option is disabled for your account.

Why Email/Password Login Does Not Work

  • Authentication is handled by your company: With SSO, your company's identity provider manages authentication. You cannot use Worksome's standard email/password login because Worksome does not store or manage your password.

  • Password resets are not applicable: The "Forgot password" feature on the Worksome login page will not work for SSO users because passwords are not managed by Worksome.

How to Log In Using SSO

  1. Go to the Worksome login page: Navigate to app.worksome.com/login.

  2. Select the SSO option: Choose "Log in with SSO" on the login page. Alternatively, go directly to your company's SSO login URL if one has been provided to you.

  3. Authenticate through your company's identity provider: Enter your company credentials on the SSO login page. This will authenticate you and redirect you to your Worksome account.

Troubleshooting

I cannot find the SSO login option

Make sure you are on the correct Worksome login page. If your company uses a custom SSO login URL, check with your IT department for the correct link.

I get an error when trying to log in with SSO

Contact your company's IT department. They can verify that your account is properly set up in the identity provider and that your credentials are correct.

I used to log in with email and password but it stopped working

Your company may have recently enabled SSO. When SSO is turned on, standard email/password login is disabled. Contact your IT department to confirm and get the SSO login URL.

I need to log in from a personal device

You can still log in via SSO from any device. Go to the Worksome login page and select the SSO option, then authenticate through your company's identity provider as normal.

Need Help?

If you continue to have trouble logging in, contact your company's IT department first (as they manage the SSO configuration). If the issue persists, reach out to Worksome support via email at hello@worksome.com.
