Once a contract is accepted for an Employer of Record (EoR) hire, you'll need to complete the onboarding process through the Partner Portal. This ensures all employment details are confirmed and the worker is ready to begin submitting payment requests.
Find the Worker in the "New" Section
After a contract has been accepted, the worker’s employment record will appear in the New tab of the Partner Portal. You’ll see key information listed in a table format.
To check a worker's information, click on “See Worker Details” or open the drawer to view more information about the worker.
This will open the worker's information drawer:
Start the Onboarding Process
Click the “Start onboarding” button to begin.
This opens a screen where you’ll see pre-filled cost details for the hire.
Review and Adjust Employment Costs (If Needed)
You’ll see the default employment cost(s) pre-filled:
Ongoing Fee: Either a fixed amount or percentage-based.
One-time Fee: A single fixed amount.
If your internal cost structure for this hire differs from the defaults, you can edit the values before confirming.
Confirm the Onboarding
Once onboarding is completed on your platform, click “Confirm” to finalize the hire in Worksome.
Important
If there have been contract updates since the hire was created, please review them before confirming.
Workers cannot submit payment requests until onboarding is confirmed.
