Using the Contracts Table
1. Filtering Contracts
In the new version of the Contracts Table, you can filter by:
Hire Status – Draft, Offered, Signed, Active, Ended, Terminated, Cancelled
Contract Type – PSC, SoW, PAYE, Sole Trader, Payroll, Unknown, Undetermined, Default, Classify.
Date Range
Start Date Range – Filter based on the contract’s start date.
Created Date Range – Filter based on when the contract was created.
Workers – Select specific workers to see only their contracts.
💡 Tip: You can select multiple filter criteria at once to find exactly what you need.
Hiring Status
Draft:
A hire will appear with the Draft
status if there are pending approvals on a newly created hire. This status indicates that the hire hasn’t been offered yet and is not visible to the worker.
Status updates:
If the approval is denied, the hire status is updated to
Cancelled
.If the approval is accepted, the hire status is updated to
Offered
.
Note: If your company does not use the approval process, you won’t see the Draft
status. In this case, all newly created hires will automatically have the Offered
status.
Offered:
The hire is in the Offered
status when the contract has been shared with the worker, and the conversation with the worker is open. At this stage, the worker has not yet signed the contract.
Note: In certain cases, when a hire moves to the Offered
status, the worker may be blocked from signing due to various reasons, such as:
The hiring manager needs to select the contract type and complete the classification process
Pending background checks that must be cleared before proceeding
The Worker must fill out some additional details in their account
💡 If you notice that a hire has remained in the Offered
status for an extended period without moving forward, click on “Manage Contract” to check why it is blocked and take the necessary action.
Signed:
The hire is in the Signed
status once the contract has been signed by the worker. At this stage, the worker is fully ready to start working.
Active:
The hire is in the Active
status once the contract has started and is currently within its specified timeframe. At this stage, the worker is currently working.
Ended: The hire is in the Ended
status when the contract has naturally come to an end, and the end date has passed. This means the work is completed and no further action is required.
Terminated: The hire is in the Terminated
status when the contract was terminated early by a Hiring Manager, before the initial end date.
Cancelled: The hire is in the Cancelled
status when the contract was cancelled before the worker began working. The work has never started.
Hire Status Tag & Why it Matters
Seeing each hire’s status at a glance helps you quickly identify:
Which contracts are active vs. ended.
Which are awaiting signature (Offered).
Which have been cancelled or denied approval.
This improves visibility into your workforce and the overall hiring process.
2. Sorting Contracts
You can sort your contract list by:
Start Date
Company Name
Worker Name
Job
Hire ID
Sorting helps you quickly organize your contracts in the most relevant way for your workflow.
3. Worker Drawer

Profile & Activity – View key information about the worker, including recent projects and activity logs.
Offer Job – Initiate a new job offer directly from the drawer.
Message – Send the worker a direct message without navigating away from your Contracts Table.
4. Fullscreen Mode
For a larger, distraction-free view:
Click the Fullscreen button in the top-right corner of the Contracts Table.
Manage and review contracts in a maximized view.
Exit fullscreen mode when you’re done by clicking the same button.
5. Downloading the Contracts Table
Need to share or analyze contract data offline?
Click the Download button in the top-right corner of the Contracts Table.
Choose your preferred file format: CSV, Excel, or JSON.
Your download will start automatically, ready for further reporting or record-keeping.
